STEM reporting since 2023 (with focus on Physics and Astrophysics) with Science it, an online journal initiated by researchers who completed CCIR research programs. Some of my articles include lunar living, astrophysical jets etc.

Community Reporting

YOCee is an online newsroom for the youth of Chennai where student reporters are chosen every year for news reporting from our schools and neighborhoods. Our reports are published on the website and we also work on publishing eBooks and ePapers.

I joined YOCee as a student reporter in 2019 and have been continuing to write reports since then. To  this  date,  many  of  my  reports  have  been  published  with  topics ranging from how children with special needs made masks during COVID to my experience watching the launch of the LVM3-M3 mission by ISRO in Sriharikota. Continuous participation in this program has helped me develop many skills while also being able to enjoy writing.  My report on covid masks was also published in the World Teenage Reporting Project.

Learning about current world issues to write about helped me gain an insight into various global issues.   Writing  an  article   about  plogging   helped  me   become  more   aware  about  the significance of plastic pollution and how simple solutions such as plogging could help combat it. A report I wrote for World Turtle Day was a great way for me to understand the dangers turtles,  an endangered species, are facing while also showing me the steps that people, governments and conservation organizations can take and are taking to help protect turtles.
